Sewing Lesson Class Types

Welcome to the world of sewing!

All skill levels are welcomed.

Intro Class- This is a two-hour one-on-one class that is packed with information on getting started with sewing. You will leave knowing the basics and even what to purchase to start your journey in sewing. It's a lot of fun and you will make a small coaster that has some good lessons built into a small but such a cute item. You'll what to make more when you go home! Only $40.

Group Classes- When two or more students are in a class, it is a group. The maximum limit is 6. These are usually 2-hour classes, but can vary with time. The cost is $20 per hour for each student and averages about $40 a class per person. I do give family discounts, just ask me.

Private Class- This is a one-on-one class with student and instructor. The class is usually 2-3 hours and is $40 per hour. Child Private Class- Between the ages of 7-9, I will teach students with the accompaniment of parent/guardian/grandparent in class. This class is $40 per hour and the duration can be 1-1.5 hours. This is only taught as a one-on-one class. I do expect the adult to come to watch and observe (and even learn) so you can help out at home.

Youth Group Class- Between the ages of 9-11. This is a 2-hour class, at $20 per hour, class cost is $40.

Teen Group Class- Between the ages of 11-18. This is a 2-hour class, at $20 per hour, class cost is $40.

Adult Group Class- 18+ years of age. This is a 2-hour class, at $20 per hour, class cost is $40.

Projects and Workshops- I now offer various classes on specific projects and workshops to help learn or reinforce sewing skills. Please check the website to see what is offered. There is a calendar and a class description with supplies needed for class to bring, I look forward to seeing you in class!
